Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing and supporting sales activities. This role involves coordinating with multiple territory managers, ensuring smooth communication with existing customers, and assisting in the acquisition of new clients. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, addressing them promptly.

New Business Development:
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.

Coordination and Collaboration:
  • Work closely with territory managers to align on sales strategies and goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication between customers and territory managers to address specific requirements and feedback.
Sales Supprot:
  • Use in-house communication tools (e.g., CRM software, video conferencing) to support sales calls and presentations.
  • Provide detailed product information and assist in influencing purchase decisions.
Sales Condination:
  • Help in developing and executing sales plans for various territories.
  • Coordinate and schedule regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, highlight opportunities, and suggest improvements.
Customer Interaction:
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings with key customers and prospects.
  • Address customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams to provide timely solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with product heads to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to different regions.
  • Assist in achieving or exceeding sales targets and performance objectives through effective coordination.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Comfortable with virtual meetings and remote collaboration tools.
