Polybutadiene Rubber (PBR) is a premium product manufactured and marketed by Reliance Industries under the brand name Relflex Cisamer. It is a high-quality synthetic rubber with a high cis content, making it exceptionally elastic and resistant to dynamic stress, thereby providing superior durability to the final product.

Reliance Industries has set the benchmark for the quality of Relflex Cisamer PBR, with its manufacturing facilities adhering to the global standards set by the International Institute of Synthetic Rubber Producers (IISRP). The state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities for Cobalt and Nickel grades, located in Vadodara, Gujarat, have a combined production capacity of 80,000 metric tonnes per year. In addition to these, Reliance Industries has commissioned a Nickel/Neodymium based swing plant with a capacity of 40,000 metric tonnes per year at Hazira, Gujarat, making Relflex a unique brand that offers Cobalt, Nickel and Neodymium based synthetic grades.
