Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Sales to lead and manage our nationwide sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple warehouses, driving sales strategies, participating in industrial exhibitions and ensuring smooth operational management.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
  • Manage and oversee operations of 15+ warehouses across the country.
  • Implement strategies to optimize stock movement and minimize losses.
Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s reach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies for designated territory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve territory targets.
  • Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams
Industrial Exhibitions & Branding:
  • Plan and oversee company participation in industrial exhibitions.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure impactful branding and representation.
  • Engage with potential clients and industry stakeholders to generate leads.
Operations Management:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day sales and operational activities.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams.
  • Monitor and enhance operational efficiencies for improved productivity.
Key Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales and operations management
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to strategize and implement business growth initiatives.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Experience in handling large-scale exhibitions and trade shows is a plus.
