1. Sales & marketing Executive:

Bhiwandi Location - Bhavya Polyfims- 1 Position- JD of Sales & marketing

To manage the local production plan in consultation with the warehouse supervisor
To make targets, monthly and grade wise for existing customers
To come up with ideas for new schemes to increase sales to existing customers
To follow up on payments
Generate MIS (Management Information Systems)
To take new customers from the marketing manager and get regular orders from them
Checking that the orders have been placed in our order status from Jindal
Ensuring the production and dispatch of our orders by communicating with Jindal
Working with our warehouse staff to ensure loading and dispatches
Working in conjunction with the sales manager to keep him apprised about dispatches and production
Updating and circulating the price list and discount sheets based on communication received
Reviewing the sales to tune the re-order purchase levels for local sales
Must be good with excel
From the flexible packaging industry

2. Product Head / Coordinator :

Hyderabad location - Raghav Polymers 2 Positions- JD of Product Head /Coordinator attached

Oversee the sales department and drive sales growth for the organization
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals
Set monthly and grade wise sales targets for the sales team
Manage and lead the sales team to ensure targets are met and provide guidance and coaching to improve performance
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Create and deliver sales presentations that address client needs and concerns
Monitor the sales process from lead generation to deal closure and ensure sales policies and procedures are followed
Follow up on payments from clients
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure sales strategies align with overall business objectives
Preferably from the polymer, packaging industry

3. Digital Marketing Executive:

Hyderabad Location - Raghav Polymers. 1 Position - JD of Digital Mktg

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
